How do I place an order with RestoreClassics.com/?
You have several options in placing an order. Our online store is open 24 a day, 7 days a week. Just add parts to your shopping cart and follow the easy to use directions to check out. You can also place your order by phone, by calling us at (858) 836-0136. We will be happy to help you with your order during normal business hours, Mon-Fri 7:30AM - 4:30PM (Pacific Time).
What if I need to change my order or cancel it?
Call us at (858) 836-0136 and we are happy to change or cancel your order for any reason. Please note, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, except in the case of product defect, or where the error was ours. See return procedures.
Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes. You will receive an e-mail confirmation shortly after placing your order. This e-mail will confirm your purchases and shipping information. A Customer Service representative will contact you if there are any problems with your order. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours.
What if my parts are wrong, missing or damaged?
Parts that are damaged during shipment are the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is delivered damaged, have the person delivering note the damage, especially on truck freight shipments. Then call customer service at (858) 836-0136 and ask for the best way to contact the carrier. Shortages and damaged items must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of your receiving the order. If product is wrong please see return procedures.
Can I track my shipment?

How do I search for parts on the website?
You can locate a part in either of two ways. You can browse through our catalog by using the 3-step index. To use the index, first select the year and model of your car. Next, click on the main category you would like to browse (i.e. engine, interior, trunk, etc.) and watch that category expands, revealing its sub categories. Next, click on one of the sub categories and watch as a list of specific parts is displayed. Finally, by clicking on a particular part, its photo and purchasing information will be displayed in the window on the right. If you are looking for a specific part, try using the search box. Just type in a word (or few words) pertaining to the part that you are looking for. The system will search the entire catalog, including descriptions and specifications, looking for matches. The system will then display a summary of parts where your search terms were found. To help you eliminate irrelevant parts, the results are sorted by category.
