Within 30 days of receiving the product, most items can be returned to RestoreClassics.com/ for a refund. There is a 20% restocking fee imposed on all goods returned for a refund. Shipping charges are always non-refundable.

Sorry, but we will be unable to give refunds on the following parts: electrical parts of any kind, magazines, manuals, books, Special Order items and any other form of literature. Used parts of any kind and any new parts that have been installed or attempted to install or any parts not in their packaging. Fiberglass and sheet metal that has been altered in any way (sanded on, painted, ground on, etc.) will not be returned.

When you plan to return items to RestoreClassics.com/, it's necessary to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. RA numbers help us process returns quickly and efficiently. Please fill out this Return Authorization Request form located below.
Take your package to a shipping location that can ship your package. If you choose UPS you can call them at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) or visit the UPS Web site at www.ups.com for locations of the stores. As long as your return address label is attached and the RA number is included, it will ensure the prompt and efficient handling of your return. Please note, we strongly suggest that you insure the item for the total amount in case of damage of loss by shipper!
Credit and Return Shipping Costs:
Within 10 business days of receipt of your returned item, you will be issued credit for the original purchase price less 20% and applicable sales tax. Core credits will also be processed within 10 business days.
If the reason for your return was caused by RestoreClassics.com/ (i.e., damaged or defective items and or wrong part shipped), we will cover the freight charges on the replacement items. All other returns (i.e., didn't want, doesn't like, didn't need, etc.) will be credited the invoiced price less a 20% restocking fee, and less the shipping charges.
