Contains built in residual check valves to prevent the brake fluid from draining back into the master cylinder. Under severe braking, the proportioning valve reduces the line pressure going to the rear brakes to help reduce rear wheel lockup. On rear drum brake systems it slows the application of the front discs to compensate for the slower reacting drums. This allows the frint and rear brakes to be applied at the same time. Kit includes proportioning valve, lines, brackets and hardware.
